Description
The Yamoto 18mm wheel lock knife is a heavy-duty snap-off utility knife used at the leathercraft bench for straight-line cutting of leather panels, card, board and template materials. The wheel lock mechanism fixes the blade firmly at the selected extension length — useful when applying consistent pressure across a long cut without the blade creeping back.
The 18mm format is wider and sturdier than the common 9mm type, giving better resistance to flex when cutting through thicker or firmer materials. Compatible with standard 18mm snap-off replacement blades.
