Description
The Kevin Lee Pricking Iron Pull-Out Board gives a firm support point close to the iron while it is withdrawn from leather. Pressing down near the teeth as the iron comes free helps stop the surrounding stitch line from being disturbed, which can happen if the leather isn’t supported close to the point of pressure.
Place the board against the leather next to the iron before pulling the iron free, rather than relying on the leather or workbench alone to resist the pull. The current option is rosewood.
