Who Renia Are
Renia-Gesellschaft mbH has been supplying the shoe and leather trade from their Cologne manufacturing facility for decades. Their adhesives are used throughout the European footwear industry, in orthopaedic workshops, and by professional leather goods makers. The Aquilim water-based range has become a benchmark adhesive in professional leather workshops across Germany and mainland Europe.
Made in Germany is not a marketing line for Renia. It reflects the manufacturing standards and quality control that the professional trades they serve demand. Every product is made at the Cologne facility, held to the tolerances that real workshop use requires.

Gummilösung Extra — Natural Rubber Cement
A natural rubber cement — the traditional workshop adhesive for leather and shoe work. Solvent-based. Highly flexible bond, highly water-resistant, sewing-friendly. A classic that has been in professional workshops for generations. For makers who prefer a solvent workflow. Use in a ventilated space. Available in 580g.

Storage and Handling
Aquilim 330, 315 and SG must be stored above 4°C at all times; Aquilim GL has a higher minimum and should not be stored or shipped below 10°C. Freezing destroys the emulsion permanently — a frozen Aquilim product cannot be recovered and must be discarded. Do not store in unheated outbuildings, garages or vehicles in winter. This applies to storage and transport.
Shelf life for Aquilim 330 and 315: 12 months unopened at 10–25°C. Aquilim GL: minimum 12 months at 20°C. Aquilim SG: minimum 6 months at 20°C. Keep containers tightly closed when not in use — exposure to air causes skinning on the adhesive surface. Skim this off carefully if it occurs; do not mix it back in.
Gummilösung Extra is solvent-based — keep sealed and away from heat and ignition sources.
