The Kevin Lee Premium Japanese-Style Knife has a 32mm VG10 steel blade and a shaped, multi-layer coloured-wood handle. It is the premium option alongside Kevin Lee’s basic stainless-steel cutting knife.
The broad blade is suited to straight cuts, trimming and general leather preparation, including work against a ruler or template. Maintain the edge with regular stropping to keep it cutting cleanly.
